solutions while serving as a trusted advisor. Where: South Region –

partners. When: Full-time position; standard weekdays with

experience. Job Summary: The Solution Customer Success Manager
(S-CSM) will partner with finance executives to deliver SAP Office
of the CFO (oCFO) solutions, ensuring adoption, value realization,
and expansion. This role focuses on building trusted relationships,
driving renewals and upsells, mitigating risks, and providing
strategic guidance on finance processes and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusted executive relationships and act
as a finance domain advisor Drive adoption and consumption of
finance solutions, accelerating customer value Identify new
opportunities for expanded SAP solution use Manage renewals,
expansions, and subscription/perpetual license contracts Handle
complex customer issues and crises, providing solutions and
escalation management Support sales by identifying leads and
assisting in upsell opportunities Collaborate with internal teams,
partners, and solution management for coordinated value delivery
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; finance
or business background preferred Executive presence and strong
relationship-building skills Deep finance domain knowledge and
problem-solving ability Experience with cloud software delivery
models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) Understanding of SAP oCFO solutions and
financial processes Technical aptitude to address solution-related
issues Strong program/project management and governance skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Track record in
driving renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities Benefits:
