Overview: The Field Service Coordinator ensures efficient field
operations by managing schedules, communicating with customers, and
providing essential support to technicians to maintain exceptional
service standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Coordinate and schedule
field service technicians based on demand and geography ? Serve as
the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and
updates ? Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines
? Maintain accurate records in the service management system ?
Support compliance with safety and service quality protocols
Qualifications: ? 2 years of experience in service coordination,
dispatch, or a related role ? Excellent multitasking and
communication skills ? Strong proficiency with scheduling and CRM
