Our growing firm is seeking a well-qualified senior attorney who can handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent our clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have solid trial experience and be willing to mentor our newer associates. Responsibilities:

Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts
Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings


Qualifications:

Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
--- At least 3 years of Family Law experience
