As a Permanent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law. You will be expected to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the law. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including Matrimonial and Family Law, Divorce, child custody agreements, child and spousal support, Estate Planning, Litigation, Defense, and Mediation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with the best possible legal solutions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials, and negotiate settlements on their behalf.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia.
  • 3+ years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on Matrimonial and Family Law, Divorce, child custody agreements, child and spousal support, Estate Planning, Litigation, Defense, and Mediation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
