Job Description Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION To oversee
the day-to-day office administration, shipping and receiving
scheduling, requests and inquiries, record-keeping, employee
relations and communications for the pallet rental, repair and
sorting facility. Starts at $18/hr ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

essential functions. - Responsible for accurate receiving and
shipping of pallet product - Responsible for ensuring that all
shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed
accurately and on time - Responsible for scheduling inbound and
outbound deliveries - Responsible for entering data into and
maintaining accurate records of all inventories in the RedLink
inventory software system - Records and oversees data collection
and daily accounting procedures. - Communicates with both internal
and external customers as required and with the pallet line team -
Ensure correct and timely data entry - Verify payroll and check
time punches and report - Able to create and understand Excel
spreadsheets - Maintain maintenance records and scheduling -
Excellent phone skills - Ability to maintain and update detailed
records - Employee file maintenance and human resources compliance
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE - A high school diploma or equivalent is
required - Must be eighteen years of age or older - Must have basic
computer and math skills and other various administrative skills -
Possess 2 - 3 years’ experience successfully performing the duties
of pallet facility or warehouse Clerk and/or experience in a
warehouse environment KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Must be prompt and on
time with a excellent attendance record - Extraordinary customer
service skills - Must have responsible work habits - Pass
pre-employment drug test and consent to a background check - Must
provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States PHYSICAL

concrete floors - Ability to withstand loud noises and multiple

Ability to understand written material and ability to write using
correct spelling and punctuation; ability to add, subtract,
