What we seek: customer service from head to toe You love to
talk, you think on your feet, and you smile when you’re on the
Empathy and resilience in dealing with customers who need
Outstanding customer service skills and financial
Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire
Comfort navigating multiple systems/online applications
Remote Working Requirements and Additional Information
Access to 50mps download speeds for home office.
Access to Personal Smartphone or tablet during working hours
