Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Smyrna Office Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor Hours: 40 hours (Monday Friday) need to be available between 7a 6p Travel: NoneQualifications & Skills Needed Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to multi-task, high activity call center Computer savvy able to learn new (in-house) systems quickly Strong attention to detail Customer Service Responsibilities Good attitude, positive and able to adapt quickly Answers and responds to phone calls & emails that come into the Customer Service phone line and the Customer Service email inbox. Creates Service Level Agreement (SLA) cases to track issues from creation to issue resolution Sends SLA cases to appropriate members ranging from Account Managers, Category Managers, DC personnel, and/or our merchandising partners Responsibilities 70% customer service assisting with employee inquiries 20% assisting with document prep, reporting, banking10% assisting with front desk/reception
