Job Description:

TRC Professional Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

  • Position: Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Smyrna Office
  • Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
  • Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
  • Hours: 40 hours (Monday – Friday) – need to be available between 7a – 6p
  • Travel: None

Qualifications & Skills Needed

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, high activity call center
  • Computer savvy able to learn new (in-house) systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Good attitude, positive and able to adapt quickly
  • Answers and responds to phone calls & emails that come into the Customer Service phone line and the Customer Service email inbox.
  • Creates Service Level Agreement (SLA) cases to track issues from creation to issue resolution
  • Sends SLA cases to appropriate members ranging from Account Managers, Category Managers, DC personnel, and/or our merchandising partners

Responsibilities

  • 70% customer service assisting with employee inquiries
  • 20% assisting with document prep, reporting, banking

10% assisting with front desk/reception
