UA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is looking for a driven Territory Account Executive for the Georgia region.

The Territory Account Executive's primary purpose is to seek new business opportunities on behalf of Uniform Advantage's Corporate Solutions Division to take all necessary steps to capitalize on those opportunities. This Account Executive will be responsible for increasing UA brand awareness in the market, growing the local market share, and increasing revenue. This individual maintains and expands relationships within selected strategic accounts and is responsible for quota achievement and assigned objectives. The Territory Account Executive represents the entire range of company products and solutions to the assigned customer base and ensures that client-specific and internal expectations are exceeded.  The position is accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, gross profit, and sales goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Gain market share and brand awareness by presenting and selling new uniform programs to businesses in our prioritized segments and accounts within a defined geographic market.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through the conversion of incoming leads, social selling, networking at various events, client visits, and pipeline management.
  • Build relationships with existing customers, seeking new cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Exhibits leadership in client service and account management role demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of customer personality types.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of UA’s pricing, administrative procedures (SOPs), and organization to effectively implement client solutions in a timely fashion.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Negotiation ability to ‘close the deal’
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-managed
  • Customer service
  • B2B New business generator and high sales activity model
  • Detail-oriented task management
  • Microsoft Office
Required Experience:
  • B2B Sales in a startup environment
  • Relevant B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achievement
  • Experience establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment
  • Use of a defined sales process
  • High sales activity model
  • College Degree or equivalent -Bachelor's - Business/Marketing/Sales
