The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant position
is providing professional administrative support to our
Owner/Managing Attorney. The Executive Assistant will primarily
focus on providing a full range of administrative support such as
arranging travel, maintaining a busy calendar, scheduling meetings,
answering and screening calls, acting as gatekeeper, email inbox
management, and organizing projects both in and out the Firm.
We are looking for someone who can embody our firm's core values of

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable.
The compensation package includes a "SIMPLE IRA", paid insurance:

--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--- Able to prioritize while handling a demanding, ever-changing
--- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization
--- Very experienced in scheduling appointments and updating
--- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

--- Able to perform at an advanced level in a high-pressure

--- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
--- 5-7 years of prior experience in mid to senior-level
administration or management or a related field preferred.
--- Law firm experience
