• Large manufacturing facility in Smyrna, GA Overview of the AP Specialist role:
  • Assist Senior Accountant with various accounts receivable and accounts payable duties to include:
    • Entering invoices into accounting system
    • Reviewing invoices for rebates and allowances
    • Matching deposits to customer invoices
    • Converting a new system from Sage50 to PPG Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:
      • Associate degree preferred
      • 2+ years experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable
      • Basic Excel Skills
      • Professional and detail-oriented personality
