This includes Pricing Center, Sample Department and Material Compliance. Responsibilities will include daily assigned processing, team KPI goals/reporting, action initial escalations, ongoing BPR opportunities and will work closely with management to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness of department for internal and external stakeholders. Essential Job ResponsibilitiesLearn and maintain real-time knowledge, and goals, of 3 departments within Pre-Sales to address inquiries and/or offer input/insight/feedback as initial escalation.Assist to implement, monitor, and support processes in place for 3 departments within Pre-SalesInterfaces with internal and external customers to effectively resolve errors and/or issues using sound judgment while considering data and alternative options. Determines root cause of any inaccuracy and communicates effectively to address. Manages the daily administration of assigned customer requests (internal/external). Confirms key details of information required to support and validate pricing structure. Facilitates the completion of assigned quotations or assignment.Acts as the liaison between field sales, internal sales, channel sales, business development, and external stakeholders to process or review business opportunities not covered by established processes or documentation.
