Job Description:

We are an established local insurance restoration company located in Kennesaw, GA. We specialize in helping people in need restore their property back to a pre-loss condition after they have had a flood, fire, or other damage to their home or property. We are steadily growing and looking to hire a new Estimator to join our great team of talented staff and complement our already fantastic reputation in our industry.

The primary role of this position will be to conduct on-site inspections, estimate repairs, create budgets, coordinate subcontractors/vendors on projects and manage the repair process to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in construction project management in the restoration industry. A knowledge of construction methods and procedures is a must. Computer skills are required and experience estimating with Xactimate preferred. Successful candidates in this role continually display excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills, are flexible during times of change and possess the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills as well as some sales & marketing skills. Candidate must clear a background check and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities:
--- Must be able to sell insurance jobs
--- Must be familiar with Xactimate
--- Write and review estimates in a timely manner
--- Works directly with insurance companies on supplements and claims

Qualifications:

Superb ability to achieve customer satisfaction through integrity, critical-thinking, negotiation, and clear communication
Effective prioritization and time management skills are essential to success simultaneously managing multiple claims
Basic computer skills and command of Microsoft Office required; experience with accounting software a plus
