Solution Architect, Supply Chain Systems
Role Summary:
The Solution Architect, Supply Chain Systems is the primary
business owner for the performance, development, and administration
of TireHubs supply chain planning tools. The secondary
responsibility for this role is the management of the Supply Chain
IT initiatives and prioritization of work efforts within our
broader operations IT project agenda. This role will need a strong
supply chain planning business acumen balanced with the technical
understanding of planning tool functionality to configure solutions
to meet business requirements.
This role will report to the Director, Product Supply.

Role Specifics:
The product owner will be the administrator of our planning
solution. (Tools Group)
This position will manage the relationship with our support
partners in prioritizing/allocating our support hours to drive
system improvement
This role owns the development and execution of the long-term
supply chain planning software roadmap including collaboration with
our internal and external IT partners
The product owner will be the point of contact for all IT projected
for the supply chain team.
This role will provide analytical support for the business team in
the form of ad hoc analysis, and Power BI report creation.
This position will perform additional responsibilities as requested
(i.e. serve in various advisory roles as needed).
Competencies:
Experience and Education:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
IT project management skills a must
SQL skill a huge plus
Highly analytical and data driven. Comfortable leveraging data to
tell a story
Ability to influence cross functional teams to reach consensus;
including courage to push back when required
Power BI or other data visualization platform development
experience
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
Experience with process improvement, including development and
implementation efficiencies
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels
of the organization, tailoring communication with ease to best
connect with a target audience
Represents organizations vision and values. Understands and works
within the organizations mission, operations, structure, and
goals.
This role is based out of TireHub's corporate offices in Dunwoody,
Georgia, with the expectation of a minimum of three days per week
in the offices.
