Responsibilities:

--- Verify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service work
--- Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner
--- Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
--- Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointments for vehicle repairs
--- Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders


Qualifications:

--- A high school diploma or GED is required
--- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
--- Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus
--- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is integral
--- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary
