Job Description:

This position is for an onsite customer dedicated position in the Macon/Warner Robins, GA area. Responsible for the overall remedial and scheduled device service. Provides quality service execution performance to meet or exceed Customer commitments resulting in high levels of Customer Satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to dispatched service calls in an assigned territory within Customer SLA commitmentsAccurately diagnose, repair & maintain product(s) andaccessories in peak operating condition within published electrical, mechanical and print quality specificationsEffectively schedule dispatched calls to manage SLA requirements across assigned activitiesEnsure regular and effective communication with customers to ensure awareness of call acceptance, ETA, status and closureAssist customer with any reported issues or questions on Lexmark product(s) or offeringsSupport Customer training on appropriate usage of Lexmark product & featuresEnsure proper repair and maintenance procedures are performed on identified device(s) and Total Service Call Procedures are completed prior to leaving customer site.Follow prescribed administration procedures to ensure proper collection and reporting of required data, including, but not limited to; call acceptance, statusupdates, call closure and debrief, part returns and trackingManage local part inventory, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and transactions.Present a positive image through proper attire, communication skills and personal grooming.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:From time to time, engage in special activities, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support Customer devicesEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:3-5 years in field service or customer break/fix supportStrong electro-mechanical aptitudeExperience in servicing printers, hard copy devices, or imaging productsExcellent driving recordValid Georgia State driver's licenseReliable transportation requiredSound administrative skillsAbility to frequently properly lift 60 pounds or lessMicrosoft Office Suites is desirablePERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Customer service orientationPositive attitudeAbility to learn quicklyEDUCATION:High school diploma or GEDAssociates degree or technical college an asset***Position requires all COVID-19 vaccinations, Annual Flu Vaccine as well as additional vaccinations and other screenings mandated by the customer.
