Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Embedding a thoughtful and caring approach into your day-to-day
role
-Providing a sense of care and hospitality along with best-in-class
clinical therapy
-Conducting initial and regular re-assessments as required
-Collaborating in developing treatment plans for our clients, their
families, and their respective insurance carriers
-Providing case supervision while RBTs are present
-Conducting regular parent training sessions
-Completing documentation, providing necessary information,
supporting procurement of insurance authorizations, and ongoing
claims submissions in a timely manner
-Providing communication to treatment team and clients in
accordance with industry standards
-Utilizing computer access confidentially, appropriately, and while
following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social
media
-Collaborating with other service providers, parents, and internal
client success partners
-Following company practices and policies for BCBAs, including
participating in any required trainings
-Demonstrating a willingness and flexibility to adapt to changes in
schedule and environment

-Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed,
Psychology, or Related Field
-Valid BCBA Certification
-If applicable, licensure to practice within the state hired
-Minimum 3-years of experience practicing ABA Therapy as a BCBA
-Minimum 2-years of experience of overseeing and providing feedback
and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing
treatment plans
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Successful completion of a background check
-Valid driver's license, car insurance and own reliable
transportation for use in travel to client sites and related
company business
-Ability, willingness, and flexibility to travel as needed
