You will be managing multiple ground up Multifamily construction projects across the greater Atlanta area.Client DetailsThe client has been in operation for over 40 years. They have multiple projects in their pipeline and are now looking for a Senior Superintendent to manage multiple projects and report directly into the VP of Construction.DescriptionAs the Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple Lead Superintendents across several ground up multifamily projects across Atlanta
• Reporting on the progress of each project and troubleshooting where required
• Managing budgets and ensuring each projects remains on budget
• Driving the project schedules
• Resolving any disputes on project sites and mentoring Lead Superintendents
• Ensuring the quality of each project is in accordance with plans, code compliance and scopes of work
• Ensuring inspections are carried out in a timely mannerProfileTo be considered, you must have the following:
  • Extensive experience in building ground up wood frame multifamily projects
  • Experience in high-density mid-rise projects
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Well-versed in ProCore
