*Transportation Admin*Sentech Powered by Job and Talent is currently seeking a *Transportation Admin *for the world class UPS Mail Innovations in Morrow, GA*.* Come join a great team and be rewarded for your hard work!*Pay and Hours of Transportation Admin:** *$18/hr**Shift:** Monday 9AM 5:30PM, Tuesday - Friday 12:30 9PM & Saturdays as needed*Summary:**Looking for individuals with the following:** *MUST have knowledge and worked with BOL's (Bill of Lading)** *Warehouse experience** *Sense of urgency** *Processes basic computer skills ** *Great attention to detail** *Ability to adapt to change** *Takes ownership of their role including attendance, performance, and focused on positive outcomes** *Forklift EXP a plus** *Previous EXP (Preferred) **Job Description of Transportation Admin:** Monitor and update STARS (customer PUs)* Respond to emails within 30 minutes* Complete MDRs and BOLs (driver paperwork) take over at 13:30* Dispatch drivers and line hauls take over at 13:30.* Sort and file completed MDR paperwork.* Validate signed originals are received back from all delivery points* Validate shipments daily (EEMS)* Complete tracking log daily (EEMS)* Complete RDU Log daily (Zero Recovery Report)* Escalate* Dispatch supplies per customer request or as needed* Assist with sorting returns and insure drivers PU returns* Schedule and Monitor FAST appointments* Schedule and Monitor Air bookings* Update MI View as neededLooking to grow your career?
