IBP/PPDS Planning Consultant is expected to perform high-quality
project work for our customers, continue to build the Connected
Logistics capability in North America, and foster its continued
growth within our SAP Digital Enterprise service unit. This role
requires a focused and analytical mindset and will require working
towards set objectives with a level of autonomy, living a culture
of accountability, and taking a hands-on approach to execution. Our
customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do.
With this in mind, this person will be required to ensure the
quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate
relationships with new customers as well as support new business
opportunities.Responsibilities
- Being committed to advising and designing innovative and
holistic production planning processes with a focus on
transportation in SAP PPDS / SAP IBP
- Your strengths also include adjustments to the system landscape
using customizing
- Together with your team, you are the first contact person for
users and key users in the SAP PPDS environment and SAP IBP
environment
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of training
courses and workshops
- Participate in exciting production projects from cost
calculation to implementation
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated
consulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management
- Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics
concepts
- Create long term relationships with clients
- Identify and lead business development opportunities
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisorEducation:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration,
Economics, Engineering or equivalent education.Experience:
- 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive
industry
- Minimum 4 years of SAP PPDS (Production Planning Detailed
Scheduling) Experience (Process & Customizing) or SAP IBP
(Integrated Business Planning)
- Minimum 3 full SAP PPDS or SAP IBP lifecycle
implementations
- Profound SAP PPDS or SAP IBP project and Go-Live experience
(SAP implementation approach)
- SAP Certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
- Analytical and structured work attitude

100%Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely
uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,
photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is
required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion
with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open
office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while
