  • Manage and lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously across various regions and sectors
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, safety, subcontractor management, and client communication
  • Collaborate with preconstruction, design, and field operations to ensure aligned project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers on your team
  • Drive timely project completion, budget adherence, and quality assurance

    • 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor
    • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through turnover
    • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, industrial, retail, office, senior living
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
