Consent to web analysis by Google AnalyticsSenior Consultant - SAP MII, MES, and Digital ManufacturingApply remote type Hybrid locations Atlanta time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R3236As a Senior Consultant - SAP MII, MES, and Digital Manufacturing, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated manufacturing solutions across diverse industries. You will advise clients on best practices for digital shop floor enablement, drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of SAP-based MES and manufacturing intelligence solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP MII, SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), and SAP-connected MES systems.
• Conduct workshops with business and operations teams to understand manufacturing processes and define digital transformation objectives.
• Design and configure SAP MII solutions including KPI dashboards, plant connectivity, and manufacturing analytics.
• Implement SAP Digital Manufacturing for Execution (DMe) or integration with third-party MES platforms.
• Integrate shop floor systems with ERP (SAP S/4HANA or ECC), PLCs, historians, and other OT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP PP, QM, EWM, and IT/OT architects.
• Develop and validate data models, manufacturing KPIs, and real-time visualization tools.
• Support system testing, deployment, training, and hypercare.
• Contribute to pre-sales engagements, including client presentations, solution demos, and effort estimation.
• Stay current on SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), MII, and IoT technologies.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MII, SAP ME/MES, or Digital Manufacturing implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution processes, machine integration, and production monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MII development, PCo configuration, UI5/Fiori for custom dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with integration to SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, PM) and automation equipment (SCADA/PLC).
  • Ability to engage plant operations, IT, and business stakeholders across global locations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
