Job DescriptionWe are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.   • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
    • Schedule appointments for Listing Agents, Buyers Specialist, Team Leaders, etc.
    • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads until appointments are set
    • Prospect for new clients calling on:
    • Expireds/FSBOs
    • Buyers
    • Sphere of Influence
    • Past Clients/Database
    • Just Listed/Just Sold
    • Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospect/s
    • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
    • Call past clients and sphere of influence for referrals
    • Practice call scripts at least 2 hours per week
    • Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week
    • Manage contact database system
    • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio
    • Minimum 100 dials per day, 15 conversations, and 1 appointment setQualifications:
      • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
      • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
