Serving the camera community since 1979, KEH has become the largest curated market for field-tested, expert-graded photo and video equipment in the industry.Role & Responsibilities:The Sales Agent will be responsible for discussing, recommending, and assisting customers with purchasing gear as well as answering customers' inquiries and helping to solve customers' issues.

  • Answer customers' questions about photography gear as well as KEH's policies, and procedures
  • Suggest and recommend gear options based on customers' conversations
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities as well as reach out to customers when requested items become available
  • Facilitate sales of merchandise effectively
  • Troubleshoot customer issues
  • Respond to customer emails and voicemails in a timely manner while maintaining service levels
  • Help customers navigate digital interfaces
  • Manage orders on hold and take necessary steps to remove or delete orders
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support that aligns with KEH's Brand Values
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and knowledgeable attitude towards customers
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and SLAs - - -Qualifications & Education Requirements: -
    • 3-5 years phone sales experience, preferably B2C
    • Photography experience preferred
    • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide great service
    • Excellent listening skills and ability to identify customer's desires and provide suggestions based on customer's input
    • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of KEH's procedures and policies
    • Commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties, and projects)
    • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to handle pressure and be empathetic to customers' issues while staying calm
    • Responds well to challenging inquires and situations
    • Quality focused
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
