Job Description We---re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. If you---re looking for an exciting opportunity on a team of top performers, apply today Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 at plan Responsibilities: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Schedule appointments for Listing Agents, Buyers Specialist, Team Leaders, etc. Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads until appointments are set Prospect for new clients calling on: Expireds/FSBOs Buyers Sphere of Influence Past Clients/Database Just Listed/Just Sold Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospect/s Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services Call past clients and sphere of influence for referrals Practice call scripts at least 2 hours per week Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week Manage contact database system Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio Minimum 100 dials per day, 15 conversations, and 1 appointment set Qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Real estate license or pursuing required Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor---s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver---s license and can travel by car About Company Petersen Partners is located in Georgia and is one of the top 100 teams across the country with BHHS.
