Job Description We are a thriving real estate company seeking exceptional sales talent for our growing team. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 based on plan Responsibilities: Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations Develop and nurture relationships with the people who know you, like you and trust you A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team with value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Participate in team coaching and training Develop expert market knowledge and negotiation skills Script and role-play with fellow agents Participate in and contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and events Qualifications: Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Driven to succeed in sales and in life You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Strong problem-solving skills with solution oriented focus Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Passionate about selling Possess a valid Georgia Real Estate license (required) Team player and contributor Motivated and coachable Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service About Company Petersen Partners is located in Georgia and is one of the top 100 teams across the country with BHHS.
