inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent
information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales

We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our
growing team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads,
making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients,
and improving our lead conversion rate. If you're driven to

Responsibilities:
--- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show
progress toward company goals
--- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have
up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing
process
--- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in
target regions
--- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other
forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and
generate qualified real estate leads
--- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert
leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly
and efficiently
--- Schedule appointments for Listing Agents, Buyers Specialist,
Team Leaders, etc.
--- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads until appointments are
set
--- Prospect for new clients calling on:
--- Expireds/FSBOs
--- Buyers
--- Sphere of Influence
--- Past Clients/Database
--- Just Listed/Just Sold
--- Open Houses
--- Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospect/s
--- Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws
regarding real estate brokerage services
--- Call past clients and sphere of influence for referrals
--- Practice call scripts at least 2 hours per week
--- Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week
--- Manage contact database system
--- Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio
--- Minimum 100 dials per day, 15 conversations, and 1 appointment
set
Qualifications:
--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales
representative, or similar position
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
car
--- Real estate license or pursuing required
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
