Responsibilities:

Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company's values and integrity
Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs

--- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
--- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team with value propositions through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations
--- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
--- Participate in team coaching and training
--- Develop expert market knowledge and negotiation skills
--- Script and role-play with fellow agents
--- Participate in and contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and events

Qualifications:

Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
Great phone presence with a closer mentality
Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
Passionate about selling

--- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
--- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
--- Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities

--- Possess a valid Georgia Real Estate license (required)
