Job Description:

We are an established family law and criminal defense firm located in downtown Atlanta. We are experts at helping clients charged with criminal cases or breaking families of all backgrounds establish parenting time and divide assets, debts, and property during the most difficult time of their lives. We are seeking the right Intake Specialist, eager to assist Potential New Clients (PNCs) and our Client Relations Specialists with solutions when they hire our firm to represent them in their family law or criminal defense matters. The Intake Specialist will carefully screen PNCs to ensure they are a good client match for the firm prior to scheduling them for a consultation with our Client Relations Specialist.

Responsibilities:
The Intake Specialist will speak with Potential New Clients (PNCs) to:
--- Collect information about the PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the firm's help
--- Follow firm-prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective manner
--- Assure them of the value of booking a paid consultation with our knowledgeable Client Relations Specialist
--- Assure the PNCs that the firm's attorneys and staff will be able to help them resolve their concerns
--- Show compassion for PNCs' troubles
--- Help PNCs understand the difference between working with our firm and how it would improve the PNCs' future and explain other options that include not working with the firm

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for keeping in touch with PNCs who did not book a consultation with the firm after their initial intake to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready.

Qualifications:
--- The Intake Specialist must be confident, articulate, and diplomatic, yet willing to the PNC when needed with high emotional intelligence
--- The Intake Specialist must be self-motivated and self-directed to achieve his or her professional goals as well as the firm's goals
--- Ideal candidates must have experience in sales
--- The ideal candidate will work well both independently and in a team environment
--- Must have a positive attitude, be growth-minded and flexible
