Manager Sales Team consists of highly capable and passionate sales
consultants focused on defending and growing the Mid-Market Segment
of the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem.What you'll bring8+ years of
quota carrying technology / solution sales for business with a
minimum of 5 years in sales leadership / manager rolesTrack record
of developing breakthrough strategies and inspiring excellent
execution through teamsHistory working in unity with marketing and
partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and
expansionAbility to streamline processes and ensure speed to
benefit for customers and employeesAbility to identify

degree or MBAHow you will leadThis person will be responsible for a
team of Mid-Market Strategic Account Managers focused on growing
and defending this critical segment of Mid-Market customers. The
primary responsibility of this team is to drive ecosystem adoption
of the Quickbooks Online Platform and revenue growth through
Relationship Management and Consultative Selling techniques. We are
building a team of Strategic Account Managers aligned to Intuit
strategic locations and are looking for capable sales leaders to
lead these teams. This position will be based out of Plano, TX or
Atlanta, GA and will be hybrid in office 2-3 days a week. This is a
leadership position and will be responsible for leading a
high-profile sales team.The most critical outcomes for this
role:Revenue growth through growing and defending a defined set of
Mid-Market Customers through improved relationships, retaining more
customers and driving growth through our ecosystem of
solutions.Deliver on commitments: achieve assigned measures of
success and quarterly stretch goals as well as Annual
KPIsContribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans to be
delivered through your assigned sales team.Drive higher revenue,
productivity, margin performance in line with corporate objectives

above:Responsible for a team of -10 Strategic Account ManagersFocus
on managed account direct sales pipeline growth and Intuit + 3rd
party ecosystem solutionsDeep knowledge on digital selling and
ecomm ensuring tight execution and alignment between the Sales and
Marketing functionsExecute on go to market and business development
initiatives tied to the marketing, demand generation, and partner
business lead generationDevelop winning strategies to drive Intuit
technology, service offerings, commercial packaging, and platform
strategies to closeDemonstrate excellent E2E thinking with
multi-disciplinary experience and assignmentsAttract, develop and
