Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 based upon plan achievement of 70 buyer presentations and 30 seller presentations annually.

Responsibilities:
--- Prospect
--- Show homes and attend listing appointments
--- Negotiate purchase agreements
--- Negotiate property repairs
--- Attend closing


And that's it. We want you to focus on the money-making activities. We'll take care of the rest.

Qualifications:
--- Georgia real estate license
--- Georgia driver's license and a professional, reliable car
--- Two or more years of experience as a real estate agent
--- Miminumun production in either of the prior two years of four closings
