You’ll also play a huge part in introducing new AT&T services, technology, and tailored solutions to help drive sales. A Client Service Coordinator’s day-to-day work will include: Addressing and resolving all customer inquiries and sales concerns directly and in a timely and efficient manner Accurately handling customer concerns regarding service, billing, payments, and company sales policies Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities by recommending solutions tailored to the customer’s needs Clearly explain billing statements and highlight product benefits to customers during the points of sales Providing ongoing troubleshooting for common issues, escalating complex problems as necessary Fostering customer trust and encouraging repeat business through effective problem resolution and quality sales support Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, including technical support needs, sales Joining mentorship sessions alongside other Client Service Coordinators to sharpen customer service and people skills
