We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team! Necessary Skills: Strong time management skills Previous experience in pest control (preferred but not required) Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record and criminal background Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative, your daily tasks will include: Following a provided appointment schedule Generating and pursuing creative leads Engaging with prospects, customers, and colleagues in a professional manner Conducting pest inspections, identifying issues, documenting findings, and recommending treatments Adhering to sales processes, procedures, and pricing structures Achieving assigned sales quotas Responding promptly to inquiries from management and team members Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle Ensuring on-time arrival to appointments and driving safely Assisting with pest and mosquito services as needed Requirements: Ability to work independently with exceptional time management Strong communication skills for customer interaction and proposal writing Comfortable working in various physical conditions (standing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, etc.) Willingness to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Flexibility with workdays and hours, including occasional Saturdays Current Georgia Structural Pest Control registered employee or certified operator Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Direct deposit Company-provided vehicle and gas card Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities Job Type: Full-time First year earnings opportunity: $60,000-70,000 If you are a self-motivated professional looking to grow in a dynamic industry, we encourage you to apply and join our expanding team!
