Job Description Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Director to source and manage industrial projects in Atlanta for its Industrial Development Services (“IDS”) division. This position will primarily focus on originating new industrial developments (including re-developments and acquisitions), advancing and/or managing existing developments and pipeline, and leading the firm’s IDS business locally. This Director position will be based in Stream’s Atlanta, GA office and report directly to the Head of the Southeast Region for IDS. Essential Functions: Origination of new development and redevelopment opportunities in Atlanta Foster and grow relationships within the local brokerage community Quarterback the deal process from land sourcing through project disposition Present proposed development projects to Investment Committee as well as to relevant external audiences (capital partners, cities, municipal agencies, neighborhood outreach groups, etc.) Spearhead the negotiations of deal-related documents throughout the life of a project from purchase and sale agreements through tenant leases Thoroughly understand all relevant Atlanta industrial submarket dynamics and help establish internal investment strategies based on real time market intelligence Effectively communicate and collaborate with all teammates and internal stakeholders Represent Stream IDS at relevant local conferences, brokerage activities, and networking events Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (minimum), MBA preferred 7 years of Atlanta industrial development and/or brokerage experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Atlanta industrial deal sourcing experience Existing Atlanta industrial brokerage relationships Effective and proactive communicator Proven presentation and public speaking skills High attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking, managing time effectively, and establishing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment Responsive and a self-starter Additional Information LI-OnSite Stream is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, military status, or any other reason prohibited by law.
