Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant to lead
the development of a national expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct an exploration process for developing a national expansion
strategy
Evaluate the Institute's mission, structure, and strengths while
identifying expansion challenges
Engage with stakeholders and present findings throughout the
strategic planning process
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic planning and evaluation
Background in policy research and advocacy, particularly in social
or racial justice
Experience in developing expansion models for nonprofit
organizations
Familiarity with fund development strategies and implementation
processes
Ability to conduct environmental scans and benchmark against
similar organizations
