Labratory and clinical instrumentation company based south of
Boston seeks a Clinical Sales Manager to oversee a clinical inside
sales team. Client Details Our client is a global leader in

data integrity, and accelerate critical decision-making across

science through reliability and performance. Description Drive the
expansion and adoption of niche laboratory equipment and solutions
within clinical environments, focusing on hospitals and reference
laboratories. Build and lead a high-performing, goal-oriented sales
team dedicated to acquiring new customers. Cultivate strong
relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to
expand brand presence and market penetration. Analyze market trends
and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and adjust sales
strategies accordingly. Act as a key feedback channel to product
teams by sharing customer insights and market demands. Sales
Strategy & Execution Define and track key performance indicators to
measure sales success and refine strategy. Manage reliable sales
forecasting and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Develop sales playbooks and best practices to support team adoption
and effectiveness. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to
create training and messaging aligned with sales objectives.
Monitor CRM compliance and maintain accurate pipeline data. Team
Management & Development Motivate and coach the sales team,
creating a collaborative, and performance-driven culture. Provide
professional mentorship and career development guidance to team
members. Coordinate with internal departments to enhance the
overall customer experience. Promote a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation within the team. Strategic Vision
Contribute to the development and execution of long-term sales
strategies for market penetration and customer retention. Provide
voice-of-customer insights for future product development and
enhancements. Profile 10 years of clinical sales experience. Proven
success selling capital equipment, consumables, and services in a
clinical or laboratory setting. Demonstrated experience growing
product adoption and standardization within large hospital
networks. Experience managing and developing inside and field-based
sales teams. Strong understanding of value-based selling
strategies. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication
skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce). Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US.

$170,000 base salary Bonus based on team performance, ranging above
